OBITUARY
Mrs. Ada C. Wagner
AUBURN, Sept. 12. – Mrs. Ada Crouse Wagner passed away Tuesday evening, September 11, at the home of her son-in-law, S. E. Meldrum, Aylesford, where she had lived for thirty years, and where she was cared for by Mrs. Meldrum.
She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Elias Crouse and was born at Upper Branch, Lunenburg County 87 years ago.
Her husband predeceased her by seventeen years. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Willis Sarty (Elva), Worcester, Mass.; two sons – Kenneth, Rhode Island, and Alvin, Madison, Maine; nine grandchildren, a number of great-grandchildren, one brother, AustenCrouse, Parkdale, Lunenburg County.
Funeral service will be held at Aylesford United Church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. S. G. MacQueen, at two o’clock, Thursday afternoon, with burial in the Union Cemetery, Aylesford.
