Andrew Hebda, curator of zoology for the Nova Scotia Museum, worked to prepare this harbour seal skeleton for return to the museum. The seal had died recently and was found intact along the shore when the scientists arrived on Isle Haute. The female seal showed no physical signs of her death, but her skeleton will be the first complete sample the museum can add to its collection. - (S.Keddy)
