Obituary.
Mrs. Benjamin F. Congdon
Mrs. Annie S. Congdon, wife of Mr. Benjamin F. Congdon, died yesterday at the family home in Easton. Her age was sixty years. The funeral will be Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the family home and will be private.
"Mrs. Congdon for years was a resident of Easton and was universally loved and esteemed. She had been in failing health for the past two years. Besides the bereaved husband there are surviving daughters, Mrs. B. G. Bishop, of Wolfville, N.S. Mrs. E. C. Fisher, of West Bridgewater, Miss Jennie Congdon, of Easton, and two sons, Fred T. Congdon, of West Bridgewater and Herbert F. Congdon, of Phenix, R. I."
The above is from the Brockton Daily Enterprise of Feb. 7th. Mr. and Mrs. Congdon were former residents of Berwick and had many friends throughout this county whose sympathy goes out to the bereaved.
