Mrs. Francis Oikle still continues to be very ill.
Mr. H. Nichols, of New Germany, made a business trip to this place on Feb. 29th.
Messrs. H. S. Taylor and C. P. Wilson made a trip to New Germany this week.
Mr. A. A. Hume, of Halifax, spent a few days at Postmaster Wright’s recently.
Mr. L. L. Nichols, of New Germany, has taken charge of the school – left vacant by Miss Roop’s illness – for the remainder of the term.
Mr. and Mrs. Morton Chesley returned home on Wednesday after spending a week with friends in this village.
Mr. W. O. Wright went to Aylesford on March 4th, to attend a meeting of the Revisors.
