C. P. Wilson made a trip to Bridgewater this week.

Masters Henry and Ernest Charlton spent Sunday here, the guests of V. L. Wilson.

Mr. Robert Hiltz, of New Ross, spent the 9th at the Elm House on his way to Boston.

Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Taylor spent the 11th with her brother, Mr. A. Brown, of New Ross.

Miss Nellie Taylor left on the 13th for a trip to the Valley.

Mr. J. W. Cross spent Sunday at Bridgewater.

We are sorry that the Rev. L. W. Slauenwhite is obliged to give up his work on this field on account of failing health. H is contemplating a trip to the far West.

Miss B. A. Harding visited Miss A. L. Roop on Saturday.

Mr. Arthur Tobin is suffering from a cancer on his leg.

Mrs. Alister Lowe is very sick.

Mrs. John McGowan arrived home last week, having been storm-stayed at her father’s since January 1st.

Mrs. Paulus Veinotte died at her home, February 20th, after a lingering illness caused by a tumor.
