Mr. W. M. Durling, of Springfield, was in this village on Thursday, 15th, on business.

Mr. N. C. Patterson made a trip to Bridgewater last week.

Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Taylor went to New Ross on Saturday to see her mother, who is very sick.

Mr. J. B. Patterson left on Saturday the 17th, for his home in Grafton, Va.

Misses A. J. Saunders and B. A. Harding spent the 10th in Middleton.

Mr. and Mrs. A. Purdy, of Deep Brook, and two children, visited her mother last week.

Miss P. Collins, of Boston, Mass., is spending a few days with her sister, Mrs. C. E. Gaul.

Councillor Gaul has returned from his trip to the United States.
