C. BROWN DROWNED

Last week we failed to announce the drowning, of Clarence Brown in Townsend bay. As there are many here interested who are not apprised of the fact we now give it. 'Mr. Brown was a brother of Charles Brown, now of Astoria and formerly of this city, and a relative of the Sullins family who were lost in the 'Clallam' disaster.
