Thomas L. Sullins, whose wife and three children were drowned in the wreck of the 'Clallam', is in a state of nervous prostration over the disaster, and his sister, Mrs. Charles A. Tinsley, 402 Cedar st., Seattle, is very much alarmed for fear he will lose his mind.

Sullins witnessed the drowning of his wife and children in one of the swamped lifeboats and the occurrence has prayed upon his mind to such an extent that his condition becomes alarming.
