I would be glad to search for obits in the LA Times at a search fee of $8.00 per orbit. My policy is after I receive the search fee, I will do the search usually within three days. If I find an obit and/or death notice I will make a copy of each and forward the next day. If I find neither I will make a copy of the front page of day of death and forward that as proof of search. I can also provide LA City Directory searches at $3.00 each (1900-1940). Please provide name, day of death and city or zip code if available. E-mail for details on other newspapers available at $10.00 and $15.00 per search depending on cost of transportation and travel time.
