In the name of God, amen, I Nathaniel Besey of Warwick Tribe in the Sommer Islands alias Bermuda being att present very aged and weak of body but of perfect sound memory, praised be God, doe make this my last will and testament in manner and forme following-

I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God my most mercifull father, hopeing through his mercies and the meritts of Jesus Christ, my Lord Saviour, to obtain the forgiveness of all my sins and acceptance of my soule and my body after my decease to be interred in decent manner according to the discretion of my two executors hereafter named, and as for my wordly goods which the Lord in mercy hath endowed mee with, all my debts and funeral expences being first discharged and paid, I give and bequeath as followeth-

I give and bequeath unto my sonn John Besey eight acres of land lying and being att the southermost end of my half share of land in Warwick Tribe with all the houses, edifices, and buildings and all appurtenances thereunto belonging to him and his heires forever, but in the case my sonn John Beesey , his hei9res or assignes doth bring in or charge any manner of debts or debts to my account or unto any part of my estate whatsoever that then and in such case he or they shall loose the benifitt of this my gift here bequeathed and then itt is my will that itt shall goe to my sonn Charles Beesey, to him and to his heires forever-

I give and bequeath unto my sonn Chares Beesey the residue of my half share of land lying and being att the northermost end of my half share containing foure acres and a quarter by estimation, bee itt more or less my quarter of an acre of Common Land with the appurtenances there belonging to him and his heires forever-

I give and bequeath to my daughter in law Mary the wife of my sonn Charles Beesey one large feather bed and bedstead with curtaines and vallances with all other furniture thereto belonging and also one cedar chest standing att ye foote of ye same bed-

I give and bequeath to my daughter in law Frances Beesey which was the wife of my sonn Thomas Beesey deceased one Negro woman called Ida and one cedar chest standing att the westermost end of the hall for and during her naturall life, if she remained a widdow, but in the case my daughter in law Frances Beesey doe contract a second marriage then she shall loose the benefitt of this my gift heregiven to her soe then my will is that this my gift shall goe to my grandchildren the lawfull issue of my sonn Thomas Beesey forever-

I give and bequeath to my sonn Robert Beesey one cedar chest standing att the northermost side of the hall next the doore and also one large brass kettle-

I give unto my sonn Charles Beesey all my whole personall estate after my decease except what is here before given and in case my son CHarles Beesey shall decease before hee is possessed with the same then itt is my will that this my gift here expressed shall goe to his wife and children forever-

I constitute make and appoint my loveing son CHarles Beesey and my loveing friend Nathaniel Astwood to bee my two executors of this my last will and testament and likewise itt is my will that my sonn Charles Besey shall satisfye my friend Nathaniel Astwood for his care and trouble out of my estatte and I doe herey revoke, make void, and null all former wills by me made and in confirmation here of I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this eighth day of December in teh yeare of our lord 1693-
