To all the Christian people to whom these presents shall come that I Nathaniel Beese Sen:r of Warwick Tribe planter sendeth greeting in our Lord God Everlasting. Know yee that I the said Nathaniel Beese for the naturall love and affection that I bare unto my true and welbeloved son John Beese and Elizabeth his wife of the Tribe aforesaid, I the said Nathaniell Beese being in perfect memory have given and confirmed and by these presents doe fully freely and absolutely give grant and confirme unto the said John Beese and Elizabeth his wife, one Negro boy commonly called by the name of Ned and one Negro woman called by the name of Oder, to have and to hold use possess and enjoy to themselves the said John Beese and Elizabeth his wife their heires and assignes, hee the said John Beese paying or cause to bee paid unto Francis Beese the widdow of my son Thomas Beese deced, the full and just sume of forty shillings currant money of Bermuda within six dayes after my decease. In witness hereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this twelfth day of July in the yeare of our Lord 1692

These may certifye that this three and twentieth day of January in the yeare 1701 personally appeared before mee the Governor aforesaid Israell Brownlow and George Tucker who have subscribed their names as witnesses to the deed within written and solemnly made oath that they saw the within named Nathaniel Beese sign seale and as his act and deed deliver the same ____ or deed within written to the use therein mentioned. In testimony whereof I the Governor aforesaid have hereunto sett my hand the day and yeare above written.
