By his Honor Colonel William Laurie Morrison R E Acting Governor -- Commander in Chief, Vice Admiral and Ordinary in and over these Islands
I hereby certify that on the thirteenth day of July the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven years before me the Act: Governor and Ordinary aforesaid personally appeared Charles Albert Jones one of the subscribing witnesses to the annexed instrument of writing bearing date the twentieth day of June one thousand eight hundred and seventy purporting to be the last will and testament of Frances Elizabeth Tynes late of the parish of Paget in these Islands widow deceased and he solemnly made oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he saw the said Frances Elizabeth Tynes sign, seal and duly execute the same as and for her last will and testament, that at the time of such execution, the said Frances Elizabeth Tynes was of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of this deponent's judgement, that he also saw Robert H James subscribe his name as witness thereto that the said Robert H James was present during such execution with him this deponent, and that the said deponent and the said Robert H James did attest and subscribe the...(cut off)
