wife Edith Smith to be executrix, son Philip Blackburn Smith & son-in-law Allan Frith Smith to be exors & trustees; to wife $1000 in life insurance policy in the Canadian Sun Life Assurance Co and about 90 pounds from bermuda Mutual Life Assurnace Co, all household furniture, plate, linen, china, glass, books, pictures, prints, provisions, & other household effects except my share of furniture & household effects at the Somers Inn, St George's; remainder of estate to trustees, who are to pay revenue therefrom to wife; after wife's death proceeds to be divided equally between children, with their heirs taking parents' share if parent deceased; wife to appoint new trustees as necessary.
