In the name of God Amen, I William Richarson of Pembrook Tribe in these Islands Mariner, being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, praise be therefore given to Almighty God, and considering the certainty of death, and the uncertainty of mans life, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following.

First my will is that my just debts and funeral charges shall be first paid and discharged.

I give and bequeath unto my dear and well beloved wife, Anne Richarson during her natural life and my now dwelling house lying and being in Pembrook Tribe with the lands thereunto belonging and at her decease I give to my grandson Benjamin Richarson my mansion house and the lands from the north side sea southerly to the hole in the pond right across, and in case my grandson Benjamin Richarson should dye without issue, I give the beforementioned house and land to my three daughters Mary Pitt, Martha Pitt, and Hannah Harvy.

I give to my daughter in law Elizabeth Richarson the house wherein she now dwelleth and one acre of land thereunto belonging during her life, and after her decease I give the said house and land to my grandson William Richarson and after my wifes decease i give the remaining part of my land from ye hold in ye land to my said grandson William Richarson.

I give to my wife Ann Richarson all my personal estate so long as she shall....
