By his Excy Benj:a Bennett ESq'r Gov'r and Ordinary

These are to certify that this 10th day of March 1715/16 personally appeared before me the Governor and Ordianry aforesaid Cap Daniel Keele, Mr Thomas Phillips and Mr Charles Higgs(?) and severally made oath on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God that they respectively saw the within named Nathaneil Prudden Sen'r sign seal and acknowledge the within written codicil to be part of his last will and testament and that at the same time he the testator was of sound and perfect mind and memory to the best of their respective udgements. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year above written.
