Will of Daniel Greatbatch Pearman

In the name of God Amen

I Daniel G. Pearman of Bermuda West Indies, but for some time of Liverpool in the county of Lancaster, Mariner and Supercargo being of sound and [ disposing ] mind and memory and ____ the ___ and ________________________ do (for avoiding ____ after my death make publish and ___ this my last will and testament in manner following (that is to say) first and ____ my soul to God that gave it and my body & remains to the Earth, or the sea, as it shall please God to order and as for and _____ all my worldly estate I give bequeath and dispose thereof as follows (that is to say) all commissions that may ___ out to me as supercargo on the West coast of Africa viz ____ _____ wages sum and sums of money _____ ________ goods chattels and estate whatsoever as shall _______ or owing or belonging unto me at the time of my death I do give devise and bequeath the same unto my ____ sisters viz. Elizabeth Ann Outerbridge, Ruth Burchall Pearman and Julianna Pearman to be equally divided between them except £1000 to ___ Outerbridge £500 to Jane Pearman and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Robert W. Kenny of Liverpool, county of Lancaster and Peter B. Outerbridge of Bermuda my sole EXECUTORS of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former and other wills, testaments and deeds of gift by me at any time heretofore made and do confirm and ratify these presents to stand and be for and as my only last will and testament in witness whereof to this my said will I have set my had and seal this twenty first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty two - Daniel G. Pearman - signed ____, _______ and ________ by the said Daniel G. Pearman as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, Henry Cooper , Robert W. Kenny

 

PROVED at London 15th June, 1857 by the oaths of Robert Wolf.....Kenny and Peter Burchall Outerbridge said Executors to whom _____ was granted.
