and Chancellor of the same

To All to whom these Presents shall come, greetings

Whereas Edward Pearman of Hamilton Tribe, Gentleman has prayed that the care and guardianship John Pearman, Edward Pearman and Sarah Hartford Pearman his children, may be committed to him the said Edward Pearman AND WHEREAS he the said Edward Pearman hath given sufficient security for his faithful performance and discharge of this trust. Know ye therefore that I have admitted and by these presents do admit, authorize and allow him the said Edward Pearman to be guardian to them the said John Pearman, Edward Pearman and Sarah Hartford Pearman and to have the care, custody, guardianship, interest and concern of for and over the and as such to act for them the said John Pearman, Edward Pearman and Sarah Hartford Pearman during their [minority] and also to Demand, sue for leave, protect and defend the property estate and interest of what kind whatsoever being whereof or wherein they the said John Pearman, Edward Pearman and Sarah Hartford Pearman or either of them are or may be interested or entitled unto by *** or Clolour of any Right or by virtue of any other ways and means whatsoever and that of and from all and every such Person and Persons in whose hands find the same or any part thereof may or by whomever the same and any part thereof are or may be withheld detained or kept
