We whose names are here subscribed doo with your honorable and our father's friend MR WAINWRIGHT who our father hath understood to see his will performed and sined was our father's land to betow upon his various children. Our dear mother being very aged and in any matter become a child both in strength and understanding and having nothing left her to maintain so do we pray of you Honor as you are Ordinary Lord and ye inclination moving you to take that the estate may her naturall life and that what she leaves we are contented be it more or less which your honor approving of and consorting to.
