In the name of God, Amen, the twelfth day of August 1734, I William Keele Sen'r of Pagets Tribe in these Islands being sick and weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, thanks be to Almighty God for the same, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following.

First I hereby revoke and annull all and every former will and wills by me heretofore made, either by word or writing and this and no other is to be taken for my last will and testament.

Item. I order and direct that my lands scituate lying and being in Pagets Tribe containing by extimation three shares or seventy five acres, be divided into three equall parts the northermost share or third part together with my dwelling house, shore house, out houses, and appurtenances thereunto belonging I give and devise unto my loving brother Daniel Keele and to his issue lawfully to be begotten and in case he shall die and have no lawfull issue then I give the said share of land, houses, and appurtenances unto my brother John Keele and to his lawfull issue and in case he shall die and leave no lawfull issue then I give the said share of land, houses etc unto my two sisters Catherine Keele and Jane Keele and to their lawfull issue equally to be divided between them.

Item. I give and devise unto my loveing brother John Keele aforesaid and to his lawfull issue my middlemost share or the third part of my land aforesaid, with all and singulars its appurtenances and if he shall die and leave no such issue, then I give my said middlemost share of land unto to my aforesaid brother Daniel Keele and to his lawful issue, and if he shall die and leave no such issue I give the aforesaid share of land unto my two sisters aforesaid, and to their lawfull issue equally to be divided between them.

Item. I give and devise unto my two sisters Catherine and Jane aforesaid and to their lawfull issue, my southermost share, or third part of my said land with the appurtenances equally to be divided between them, and in case either of them shall die and leave no such issue, then I give the whole southermost share or third part of my said land unto the survivor of them and to her alwfull issue, and if both of my sisters shall die and leave no lawfull issue, then I give my said southermost share of land unto my aforesaid brother Daniel Keele and to his lawfull issue.

Item. As concerning my house where Mrs Hannah Prudden widow now dwells if upon a division of my land into three equall parts as above directed, the said house be stand upon the middlemost share or third part of my said land, then I give the said house with its appurtenances to my aforesaid brother John Keele under the same limitations, with the said middlemost share of land. But if upon a division as aforesaid the aforesaid house be found to be upon the southermost share or third aprt of my land aforesaid then I give the said house unto my two sisters aforesaid and to their lawfull issue, equally to be divided between them under the same limitations with the said southermost share of land.

Item. It is my will that the money now due to me for rent and which shall be due at my decease, together with the lime now in the possession of Nathaniel Bascome Sen'r and Israel Brownlow shall be for the payment of my just debts and defraying my funerall charges.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid brother Dniel Keele all the rest, residue and remainder of my personall estate of what manner, kind, or quality forever.

And lastly, I appoint my loveing friend William Riddell Esq'r; my loving uncle MrBenjamin Gilbert, and my two brothers John Keele and Daniel Keele aforesaid; executors of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

These are to certifie that this 8th day of June 1736 personally appeared before me the Gov'r aforesaid Natha'l Bascome Esq'r and Benj'm Tynes and solemnly made oath on the Holy Evangelists of God that they respectively saw the within named William Keele signe, seal, publish and declare the within written instrument to be his last will and testament, he the testator was of sound and perfect mind and memory to the best of these deponents judgement and these deponents further say that they also saw the within named Thomas Prudden and John Nelmes subscribe there names as witnesses to the same.
In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand the day and year above written.
