In the estate of George Albert Jones, deceased.
I John Henry Bradley, of the city of Hamilton,, retired druggist, make oath and say that I a one of the subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of the said George Albert Jones of Paget Parish in the said Islands deceased, the said will being hereunto annexed, bearing the date the thirtieth day of April one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and that the said testator executed his name at the foot or end thereof as the same now ppears thereon in the presence of me and of Andrew Wyman Doe the other subscribing witness thereto, both of us being present at the same time and we thereupon attested and subscribed the said will in the presence of the said testator.
Sworn at the city of Hamilton in the Islands of Bermuda this thirteenth day of May one thousand nine hundred and twenty two before me, A C Smith, a commissioner for taking affidavits in the Supreme Court of Bermuda.

I Hattie Louise Jones of Paget Parish in the Islands of Bermuda, spinster, make oath and say that I believe the paper writing hereto annexed and marked "A" and initialed by me to contain the true and original last will and testament of George Albert Jones of Paget Parish aforesaid, deceased, who died on the twenty third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty one at Paget Parish aforesaid; that I am a daughter of the said deceased and one of the executrices named in the said will; that I will administer according to the law all the personal estate of the said deceased; that I will exhibit a true and perfect inventory of the said estate and render a just and true account thereof whenever required by law so to do, and that the gross value of the said estate amonuts to two hundred pounds to the best of my knowledge information and belief.

I Andre Wyman Doe, of the city of Hamilton, in the Islands of Bermuda, merchants clerk, make oath and say that I am one of the subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of the said George Albert Jones of Paget Parish in the said Islands, deceased, the said will being now hereunto annexed, bearing date the thirtieth day of April one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and that the said testator executed the said will on the day of the date thereof by signing his name at the foot or end thereof as the same now appears thereon in the presence of me and of John Henry Bradley the other subscribing witness thereto, both of us being present at the same time and we thereupon attested and subscribed the said will in the presence of the said testator.

In the name of God, Amen, I George Albert Jones of Paget Parish in the Island of Bermuda do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following - that is to say

In the first place, I direct all my just debts and funeral expences to be paid as soon after my death as circumstances will permit out of my insurance.

Secondly. I give and bequeath unto my wife Charlotte Elizabeth Jones the use and enjoyment of my portion of the dwelling house and the parcel of land situated in Paget Parish aforesaid for and during the term of her natural life.

Thirdly. At the death of my said wife I direct that my said dwelling house and the parcel of land therewith held and all other real estate and property in the said Islands to which I may be entitled be divided in five equal shares unto each of my daughters viz. Hattie Louise Jones, Etola Ethle Jones, Mabel Miriam Jones, Myrtle Floy Jones, & Gladys Thibeault Jones respectively should either of my said daughters depart this life before such division shall take place that her portion shall not lapse but shall be considered as a part of her personal estate. I also direct that the shares shall not be sold outside the family, this only takes in the house and two sixth of the land on which it stands I have one sixth on the eastern boundary I divide in three equal parts one to Ormand G N Jones, one to Harley L Jones, one to William C E Jones.

Lastly. I nominate constitute and appoint my said daughters Hattie Louise Jones & Gladys Thibeault Jones executrix's of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 30th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
