In the estate of George Jones deceased

I, Beau Englesbe Simmons of Paget Parish in the Islands of Bermuda, labourer, make oath and say that I believe the paper writing hereunto annexed and marked "A" and initialed by me contain the true and original last will and testament of George Jones late of Paget Parish and said deceased who died on the twentieth day of September 1914 at Paget Parish aforesaid; that I am the adopted son of the said George Jones deceased and the sole executor of the said will; that I will administer according to law all the personal estate of the said deceased; that I will exhibit a true and perfect inventory of the said estate, and render a just and true account thereof whenever required by law to do so; and that the gross value of the said estate amounts to L35.0.0 or thereabouts to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief.

I George Jones of Paget Parish formerly a private in the 20th Regiment declare this to be my last. I give all my effects whatsoever and all my money to my adopted son Beau Englesbe Simmons absolutely, and I appoint him executor of my will in witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this seventeenth day of April 1914.

signed by George Jones as his last will in the presence of us both present at the time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.
