This is the last will & testament of me Frances Elizabeth Jones of Paget Parish in the Islands of Bermuda, spinster.
1) I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made or executed by me.
2) I appoint my brother Edmund Thomas Jones sole executor of this my last will and testament.
3) I devise all real estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto and to the use of my brother George Albert Jones his heirs and assigns forever but if he shall die in my lifetime then I devise my said real estate unto and to the use of my brother the said Edmund Thomas Jones his heirs and assigns absolutely to dispose of in such manner as he shall deem most expedient.
4) I bequeath to my niece Hattie Louise Jones the sum of twenty five pounds.
5) I bequeath to my niece Etola Ethele Jones the sum of twenty pounds.
6) I bequeath the residue of my personal estate to my said brother Edmund Thomas Jones absolutely to dispose of in such manner as he shall deem most expedient.
In witness whereof, I have hereunder set my hand this seventeenth day of July one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Signed by Frances Elizabeth Jones of Paget Parish in the Islands of Bermuda spinster as her last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her sight and presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.
