In the name of God, Amen, I Angelina Hunt of Southampton Tribe in these islands, widow and relict of Nathaniel Hunt late of the same tribe dec'd, being sick and weak in body, but of sound mind, memory, thanks be to God for the same, do make, declare, and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following. That is to say...

First I comend my soul to Almighty God hoping for salvation by and through the merritt of my blessed Saviour and Redeemer Christ Jesus and body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executors hereafter named. And as for some wordly temporal estate as it has pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me. And here of and whereunto I am heir possessed and to __, I give, devise, and dispose of the same as followeth and first my will and mind is that all my funeral charges and legacies together with the probate of this my last will shall be paid and settled out of my personal estate all which of whole manner or held to ever I do hereby charge with and make substance unto payment thereof.

I give and devise my dwelling or mentioned house and the two outhouses thereunto belonging one land where unto the same land together form one acre of land with the said house injoyning thereto scituate lying and being in the said tribe unto my daughter Frances Todd, wife of John Todd of the same tribe cooper but formerly the wife of John Hilton late of the same tribe mariner dec'd and unto my daughter Angelina Mallory wife of William of the same tribe shipwright and to the heirs of the said Frances Toddd begotten of her body by the said John Hilton and to the heirs of my said daughter Angelina Mallory and to her heirs for ever.

Item. I give and devise three acres of land other part of my share of land now in my possession in the said tribe unto my grandson Benjamin Lusher son of my late daughter Anna Lusher dec'd and to my grandaughter Mary Hunt daughter of my late son John Hunt and to their heirs for ever to be laid out at the discretion of my executors but if the said Benjamin or Mary or either of them shall happen to dye without issue then and in such case the share or part of and every of them to dying I hereby give and devise the same unto my said daughters Frances Todd and Angelina Mallory and their heirs for ever as foresaid.

Item. I do order and devise that my executors shall have the said land in possession for ye use of my two said grand children Benjamin and Mary untill they shall come to the age of twenty one years or the day of marriage either or both of them.

Item. I give and devise all the rest of my said share of land unto my said daughter Frances Todd and her heirs begotten of her body by the said John Hilton and unto my said daughter Angelina Mallory and unto my grandaughter Elizabeth Hunt daughter of my late son Thomas Hunt dec'd and their heirs for ever provided that my said grandaughter Elizabeth Hunt shall have issue at the time of her death, her part thereof to my two daughters Todd and Mallory and their heirs as aforesaid.

Item. My will and mind is that my sixth part of the sloop called or named "Speedwell" may be sold and that my son in law William mallory may and shall have refusall thereof.

Item> I give and bequeath unto my said son in law William Mallory pistole for a mourning to wear in remembrance of me>,br>

Item. I give and bequeath unto my grandson William son of my said son in law two pistoles.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my said daughters Frances Todd and Angelina Mallory and the said Elizabeth Hunt, Benjamin Lusher and Mary Hunt all the rest of my personal estate whatsoever or kind the same may be to be equally divided between and amongst them and their heirs alike. But if the said Elizabeth Hunt shall at any time or times after my decease give any trouble or disturbance to my said daughters Frances Todd or Angelina Mallory, Benjamin Lusher or Mary Hunt their heirs or any of them in about or concerning the aforesaid divided lands and premises or any part thereof that then the said Elizabeth Hunt shall forfeit and loose her share or part of my personall estate hereby by me to her given and bequeathed of.

And I hereby ____, appoint, constitute, and make my said son in law William Mallory and his said son William Mallory and Nathaniel Hilton eldest son of my said daughter Frances Todd executors of this my last will and testament and lastly I do revoke and make void all former and other wills, testament or testaments by me at any time or times heretofore made or delivered and this only to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Angelina Hunt the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23: day of February Annos Domini.

Signed, sealed, and published and declared by the above named Angelina Hunt to be her last will and testament in the presence of us whose names are here under written and who subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto in the presence and sight of the said testator.

March the 7th: 1724/5

I Angelina Hunt the elder being very sick and weak at this time and I know not how long I may continue on this said the grave I do by these presents make the particular writing a codicil to my last will and testament, as now in the hands of my self and it is to be understood and I would have it to be intended and allowed in the court or courts of these islands that whereas I am att this time by God's blessing within the lucity and bounds of reason and good sence I have really given my whole estate to my daughters Frances Todd and Angelina Mallory and Elizabeth Hunt.

Item. It is my will who ever of them three above named shall make ye least disturbance concerning my will he, she or they shall loose their equal part of what I have given them both personall and real estate only excepting twenty shillings shall be paid unto them by the executors to buy them a ring withall.

Item. It is my will as for my dwelling house and the acre of land and the outhouses that I have given away in my will to my two daughters Frnaces Todd and Angelina Mallory that they shall buy or sell to one another of them who ever will give the most money for the above named house and acre of land and my will and meaning is that this codicil be and be as judged to be part and parcell of my said last will and testament and that all things herein contained and mentioned be faithfull and truly formed as fully and amply in every respect as if the same were so delivered and sett on in my said last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this seventanth day of March in the year 1724/5/

These are to certifye that this 25th of June 1725: personally appeared before me the Gov'r and Ordinary aforesaid James Dickinson Sen'r and John Beak Sen'r and have made oath that they respectively saw the before named Angelina Hunt sign, seal, publish, and declare the before written will to be her last will and testament as allso that they respectively saw the said testator sign, seal, publish and declare the codicil the same will to be part thereof and delivered the same _____ and that at the time of making and executing the said will and codicil she the said testator was of sound and perfect mind and memory to the deponents best judgement.
In testimony whereof I have hereto sett my hand the day and year above written.
