24 April 1890 - Recorded 6 April 1894.

I John Nelson Hollis of Devonshire Parish in the Island of Bermuda do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and for following. This will was sent to me and isn't the full will. First - I direct debts, etc. Second - I give personal estate and effects and present dwelling house in Devonshire and the land on the South side of the North Longitudinal Road and my house and cottage in the town of Hamilton to my dear wife Susan Catherine Hollis for her natural life, etc. Thirdly - Subject to the life estate of my said wife I give all my personal estate and effects to our children, etc. Fourthly - Subject to the life estate of my wife I give my house with the lot of land and all apportances situated in Hamilton equally divided between daughter Susan Winifred and son William Wasson as tenants in common. Fifthly - subject to the life estate of wife I give my present dwelling house lying South of the North Longitudinal Road situated in Devonshire Parish equally among my daughters Eugenie Anne and Alice Irene and my son Evelyn Kenneth. Sixthly - I give my dwelling house and land in Pembroke lying between the N. Long. Road and the new cross road known as the Glebe Rd. equally divided between daughters Florence Isabel and Lucy Maud. Seventhly - I give parcel of land in Pembroke Parish bounded on North by new Cross Road known to son John absolutely. Eighthly - I give water lot and Bay on the North side of Pembroke P. to son Evelyn Kenneth absolutely. Ninethly - I give Water lot on North Shore of Devonshire with the cottage to William Wasson absolutely. Tenthly - all residue give to all my said children. I appoint my wife Susan Catherine executrix and my friend John Benjamin Newman, Executor -
