House & land "Edgehill" to wife Susan Augusta Frith; of property "Middletons" in Paget, sister Susan to have cottage & its triangular piece of land for life; remainder of "Middletons" subject to wife's dower right, to for equal use of sister Susan & sister-in-law Henrietta Stowe Frith for life, then to be sold & divided into 5 equal shares- 1 share to nephew Thomas Tuzo Frith or if dead to his children Gerald & Grace, 1 share to great niece Bessie Lockward & Etta Tucker & May Hutchings or if first two are dead then their children & if last dead to her brother Hugh Hutchings' children, 1 share to nieces  Caroline & Lilla Smith, 1 share to Allan Frith Smith, or if dead his children; provision made for exors to sell property to provide income for wife, sister Susan & sister-in-law Henrietta; residue of property to wife Susan Augusta Frith; executrix wife Susan Augusta Frith, and executors nephew Allan Frith Smith & Thomas Melville Dill, barrister at law; witnessed by T Roland Lightbourn & Archd Wingood.
