John Dutarque Jennings, Garret K Jennings, Catherine Brownlow, Martha D Lusher, Attilla Maria Dickinson, sons and daughters of John and Mary Jennings and heirs-at-law of the late Lewis Dutarque, deceased, whose will is recorded in the Ordinary's Office, Georgetown, SC; Power of Attorney to George Lusher, August 5 1815 to execute a deed to William Roye of Barnwell District, South Carolina, "all that plantation lying in said District on south side of south fork of Edisto River, containing 1100 acres bound by land belonging to Tyler Westerby, lands lately belonging to John O'Bannon, Nathan Walker, and Samuel Felder."
