Dunscomb, Benjamin & Mather

To all Christian people to whom these presents shall come I Benjaman Dunscomb and my wife Mather Dunscomb send greetings in our Lord God Everlasting. Know ye that I Benjaman Dunscomb and my wife for and in consideration of the love good will and affection wich I have and do bear towards my loving daughters Mary Vesey of Pembroke parrish have given and granted and by these presents do freely hereby(?) and absolutely give and grant to the siad Mary Vesey her heirs executors &c forty part of land squair bounded by Mr Deniston's land to the north and the glebe land to the east situate in Pembroke Parish wich I can justly claim as in right my own no other alive or dead to ave and to hold the said land unto the siad Mary Vesey or her heirs for ever as her and their proper right for ever absolutely without any manner of condition as her father Benjaman Dunscomb and my wife have absolutely and of our own accord set and put in further testimony. In witness where of I have here unto put our hands and seals the twenty fifth day of September in the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain &c and in the year of our Lord God 1776.
