In the name of God, Amen, I Benjamin in my perfect sence and memory, this being my last will and testament, I recommend my soul to God having given it me, and my body to the earth, in hopes of my blessed saviour pardoning all my sins, I give unto my loving children as follows:

Item, I give unto my daughter Mary Vessey the one fourth part of one acre of land where her husband Nathaniel Vessey is now built a home, and also the one third part of my perishable estatte at my wife's death.

Item, I give to my daughter Jean Watkins the one fourth part of an acre of land now lying where my dwelling house is built, and also the one third part of my perishable estate, except one larder chest at my wife's death; the dwelling house I now live in is to be divided equally between my two daughters, Martha Petty and Jane Watkins, at my wife's death.

Item, I give to my son Benjamin Dunscomb the sum of tenn shillings Bermuda currence to be paid by all my above before mentioned children out of my estate at their mother's death. I now leave Nathaniel Vessey, George Watkins, John Petty my sole executors, as witness my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of October in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred nd eighty one.

I do hereby certify that this 19th day of February 1801, before me the Governor and Ordinary personally appeared Mr John Swan, one of the witnesses to the written will, who solemnly made oath in the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he saw the testator Mr Benjamin Dunscomb former make his mark to, and duly execute the same as said for his last will and testament and that at the time of such execution he the said testator was of sound and ___ mind, memory, and ___ to the best of this deponent's judgement. And that he also saw Benjamin Adams and John Swan subscribe their names as witnesses thereto.
