(The testator was uncle to John, Robert, and Henry Tucker of Milton-next-Gravesend, Kent)
To be buried crosse the ysle leading into my brohter Sir Robert Darells Chauncell in the parish church of Little Chart right against the font there in that manner that Sir Robert Honywoods Ladye was buryed in the evening without any solemnnytye. To the parish of Little Chart 5 pounds for putting forth the poor children of the parish. To the poor of the parish at my burial 13s 4d. To my sister Sidley, widow of Mr Richard Sidley of Digswell, co Herts, 10 pounds to buy her a piece of plate, to be deducted from the 20 pounds she oweth me. To my sister Mrs Sarah Camden, widow of Mr Richard Camden of Roode Lane in London, gentleman, the other 10 pounds owing by my sister Sidley, to buy her a piece of plate, and 20 pounds her son Henry Champnes owes me. To my brother Nathaniel Darell, captian of the Castle of Cornet in the Ile of Garnsey, 100 pounds, of which he hath received 20 pounds from my brother Camden, with reversion to his only son Nathaniel, my godson. To Robert and Marmaduke, two sons of my brother James Darell, Esq deceased 20 pounds each. To my nephews Christopher third son, and James youngest son, of my brother Sir Robert Darell, 20 pounds each. To Robert, John, James sons of my brother Robert Darell the younger, late of Toft, co Lincoln, 10 pounds each. and to Anne Darrell daughter of my said brother, 50 pounds six months after my death or at marriage. To Dorothy Darell, daughter of my brother Capt George Darell, deceased, 50 pounds at the day of her marriage; and I forgive all debts due from my said brother, his wife, or her, they to return the bond for the said 50 pounds legacy which my Aunt Hales gave her, as I have paid that and 10 pounds of my own to make up 200 pounds lent to Mr George Tucker Esq. I forgive my said brother Robert the younger all debts due me, and I give to his wife Christian Darell the silver tankard I use. To Sir John Darell, Knnt, eldest son of my brother Sir Robert Darell, my silver tankard gilt with three bugles upon it. To my niece, Mrs Mary Darell, daughter of my brother Sir Robert, my silver beaker, silver porringer, silver trencher, and salt and knopt silver spoon. To my godson Henry Tucker, now in the Burmodos, 10 pounds. To my nephew John Tompson, son of my nephew Robert Thompson, gentleman, deceased, 10 pounds. To my sister the Lady Darell, my best diamond ring with five diamonds enamelled with blue. To my sister Darell, wife of Capt George Darell, my second gold ring with a stone, supposed to be a diamond, set in four claws. To Dame Elizabeth Darell, wife of my nephew Sir John Darell, and to Ann wife of my nephew James Darell, to each one Elizabeth sovereign of 33s. To my godson John, son of Nicholas Mason, deceased, 20s. To hte servants of my brother, Sir Robert, 6s to each man, 5s to each woman, and 3s 4d to the kitchen boy. To my brother Robert the younger 3 pounds 10s and my best suit of apparel. To my brother Sir Robert a gold ring with a death's head. To my servant Thomas Patteson, for life, the house, garden, etc in occupation of Thomas Knocke in Charing, co Kent, a piece of land near Kay Wood called Mellpenn, and a piece adjoining Sir Robert Honywood's windmill field late purchased of Fynch Deeringe, gentleman, adn also my second suit of apparel. To my nephew Edward, second son of my brother Sir Robert Darell, all my lands etc, ready money, and chattells whatsoever in Charing or elsewhere, and I make him sole executor.
