Somers Islands

Know all men by those present that I Elizabeth Cittrie of Somor Islands have good faith a bill of divorcement for ________ through that in a ________where of he ___ lawfully ___ actions be___ he ___of Marriage covenant whereby he shood not so possess my house my lands and goods and cattall where ______ possession in Pembroke Tribe in the same islands aforesaid without ___ whatsoever. And I the said Elizabeth Cuttrie do by the ___ disolve me and ___ all or any of ___ or interest in my affairs __ attaine rit possession of goods which are properly rit according to and by me __ upon betweene rit. Then that I so stand and remayne in____able from the date hereof and forever divorcement so the law of divorce in faith and ___ to all intents and purposes whatsoever. In wittness hereof I have here sett my hand and seal this 5th daye of November 1652.
