Martha Coz, widow: prenuptial agreement before marriage to William White of Boston dated 4 June 1663

Memo that it hath been voluntarily agreed upon and consented unto before Capt Florentius Seymour, Governor, Mr John Milner, Councillor Henry Tucker Sect. by and between Mr William White of Boston, New England, and Mistress Martha Cox of Hamilton Tribe of these Islands, widow, before the solemnization of marriage between them that the said Martha shall have full power and authoritie to dispose of all that she possessed before her marraige after her marraige.
