In the name of God, Amen, the twenty second day of August 1734, I Hannah Brownlow, widow of
Warwick tribe in the Somer Islands als Bermuda, being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind
and memory thanks be given to God, therefore calling into mind the mortality of body and knowing that
it is appointed to all persons once to dye, do make and ordain this my last will and testament, that
is to say principally and first of all I give and commend my soul into the hands of God that gave it
and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian buriall at the discretion of
my exec:rs nothing doubting but at the generall resurrection I shall receive the same again by the
mighty power of God, and as touching such mortal estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in
this life I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form after my debts and funerall charges are paid and discharged.
Imprimis. I give and bequeath to my two daughters Hannah Chapline and Deborah Brownlow that
piece and parcell of land that my father Charles Vesey gave me it being situate lying in Warwick Tribe
bounding between Capt. Geo: Tucker land and Mr Charles Vesey labd butting to the sea, the said land
be equally divided between my two daughters Hannah and Deborah to be at their disposing as they
shall think fitt. Likewise I constitute make and ordain Capt. Samuel Harvey my loving brother
John Brownlow my sole executors of this my last will and testament and do hereby utterly disallow revoak
and disannull all and every other former testaments wills legacies and bequeaths and executors by me
in any ways before named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the s:d Hannah Brownlow as her last will
and testament in the presence of us the subscribers.

These are to certifye that this 11:th day of Nov:r 1735 personally appeared before me the Gov:r aforesaid
Nath: Bascome and Richard Jones both of Warwick Tribe and solemnly made oath on the Holy Evangelists that
they respectively saw the within named Hannah Brownlow sign seal publish and declare the within written instrument
to be her last will and testament and that the said testator was of sound and perfect mind and memory at the time of
doing thereof and at the same time they saw the ___ named John Hill sign his name as witness to the same; In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year above written.
