This indenture made the fourteenth daie of September Anno Domi 1677 And in the nine and twentieth yeare of the reigne
of our Sovereigne Lord Charles the Second by the grace of God King of England, Scotland, France and Ireland
defender of the faith &c betweene John Tucker of the citty of London Gent one of the sonns of George Tucker
late of Dartford in the countie of Kent, Esq'r deceased of the one part and John Bristow the younger of the
Somer Islands als Bermuda, merchant of the other part witnesseth that the said John Tucker ffor and in
consideration of the sume of two hundred pounds of lawfull monie of England to him in hand paid att and before then sealing
have by the said John Bristow the receipt whereof the said John Tucker doth by these presents acknowledge
and himselfe to be therewith and thereby fully satisfyed and paid. And for other goods charges and considerations him
thereunto amounting both exacted remised released and forever quitt claimed and confirmed and by these presents doth exact remise
release and forever quite claime and confirme unto the said John Bristow in him full and p__able possession and s__ being
and to his heires and assignes for ever. And these two shares of land lying together in Warwick Tribe in the Somer Islands
als Bermuda in the parts beyond the seas contayning by estimasion ffifty acres be the same more or less now in the tenant possession
or occupation of Thomas Moore and Nathaniel Vesey and of their undertennants or assignes butting by and
bounding North on the sea South upon the pond and land of Mr Sameull Smith now or late in the possession of
Nathaniel Astwood and John Thrift, East on the land of him the said John Tucker and West on the
lands of William Tucker, his brother. And all houses edifices buildings goordens wares? vineyards fishing royalties rents
profitts privileges ___tenants commodityes and appurtenances whatsoever to the said two shares of land and premises belonging
and or standing on to or with the same or any parts thereof now or any time heretofore unless occupied or ____ph or ____reputed
or taken as parts parcell or member thereof. And the Re___ and the Re__orsions rents ___ & profitts of the said premises and of any
parts and parcel thereof. And all the estate and estate rights, title __ost propertie claime & demands _____ of him the said John Tucker
of in or to the said two shares of land and premises or any part thereof to have and to hold the said two shares of land and premises or with appart__
and on any part and parcell thereof unto the said John Bristow his heires and assignes to the _____ use and ___ of the said John Bristow
and assignes forever. And no other use, intent, or purpose whatever. And the said John Bristow for himself and his heires (present(?) by adminster: doth covenant and promise and guarantee to underwith the said John Bristow his heires and assignes by these presents
that the said John Bristow his heires and assignes shall and maie from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter ______bly
and quietlie have hold occupie possess and enjoy the said two shares of land and premises with the appar__s and every parte and parcell thereof. And reinstate and
enjoy the rents ___ and profitts thereof and of every part thereof to his and their owne pro__ use and uses without the least ____
trouble deniall hinderance impediment molestation question or action claims demand or interruption either in law or equitie of or by
the said John Tucker his heires or assignes or of or by any other person or persons forever knowing or pretending any manner of right title
of claime or interest of and in the same lands and premises or any part or parcell of the same. And that the said lands and premises
as now are and be and shall forever hereafter stand remaine continue and be unto the said John Bristow his with his heires and assignes clearly
acquitted and discharged or otherwise will with sufficiently saved and kept harmless of and from all and and all manner of former bargaines and gifts
currant ledgerpayments and statues regarding same bonds rents dowers forfeitures ___ ___ judgements ____tions wills _____titles ___ ____ and conditions.
And of and from all other titles ___ and incumbrances whatsoever had or made by him the said John Tucker or by any other person or persons
whatsoever. And that the said John Tucker and his heires shall and will at the reasonable request cases and charges in the law of the
said John Bristow his heires and assignes make or cause to be made such further deed or deeds ___ and conveyances assurances and _____
___ise and conform in the law for the good and perfect assurance suretie ___ making and conveying of all and singular the said lands and premises
unto the said John Bristow his heires and assignes. And by the said John Bristow his heires and assignes or his or their councell
___ in the law shall devise and advise required : In witness for himself the section first above named to these presents indentures in exchange ___ have left their
