In the name of God, Amen the sixth day of October 1721, I, Nathaniel Astwood of Paget's Tribe in the Somer Islands alias Bermuda Islands, being sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be given to God. Therefore calling unto mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and commend my soul unto the hands of God that gave it and my body is vanished to the earth to be buried in decent christian burial at the discretion of my executors here after named and a Sarah Worely estate as I am now possessed of my will if that the same be for the payment of my just debts and otherwise to be disposed of as my executors shall think fit, and lastly I appoint and constitute my loving sons-in-law Richard Hunt and George Dickinson both of Southampton Tribe and my loving cousin Nathaniel Bascome of Paget's Tribe executors of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have laid unto for my hand and seal the day and year above. Written, signed and sealed by the said Nathaniel Astwood to be his last and testament in the presence of us:
