deposition before His Majesty's Council, 10 August 1686
The attestacon of John Argent aged about 46 years yt he ye said depont being one of ye Assembly about March 1683/4, there were brought before them certaine articles by Willm Righton Senr agt. Mr Henry Durham then late GoverE of these Islands which being found to be of high consequence it was thought fitt by ye Assembly to transmitt ye same to ye GoverE & Councell & a Committee ordered to carry them wch was done but what came of them afterwards this depont, at this time knoweth not and further saith not.
