Att a Council holden at the house of his Ex'cy the Governour in the Town of St George's on Monday, January 9th, 1715/16.

This day the hous of Assembly met according to writ of Election and came before his Excellency the Governour and Council and presented to them John Jennings Esq as their Speaker (who on behalf of the Crown of Great Britain) his Excellency and Council well approved of.
