Minutes of HM Council:  13 October 1739

Att a Committee  held at the house of Samll Burrows Esq. in Hamilton Tribe Saturday the 13th day of October 1739.

His Excellency the Govr. communicated to teh Board his Majesties Royal sign nannell, dated the 15th of June last to impower in him to grant commissions of Marque and reprisal on teh subjects of the King of Spain and the same being read. Ordered that a Proclamation be made in the Town and Country with all speed.
