Att a Council table held att Mr Secretary Trott's att Mullett Bay on Monday the 19th day of Octo.r 1696.

Upon the perusal of Mr Nicholas Trott's account as agent to this Government. Allowed to him on the same One Hundred and Seaven Pounds Eight Shillings and Seaven pence by this board for his Service and Expense in England. And ordered that Capt John Tucker do pay the same out of the Publick moneys in his hands.

Mr Paul Vaughan produced his assignment of a Lease from the Company of Bermuda of a share of land att Deep Bay formerly belonging to pagitts ffort to hold for ffifty yeares from Capt Woods death (being about May 1654) whereof to come last May eight yeares.
