Minutes of HM Council: Friday 18 September 1696
Att a Council table holden at the Sessions House in St Georges on ffriday the 18th day of September 1696.

Capt Wm OuterbridgeOn this day reading the Leter or Order from the Kings most Excellent Majesty in Council dated the nineteenth day of December last and also On this day reading all the proceedings betweene his Excellency the Governor and Mr Isaac Richier In pursuance of the same Letter or Order the nineteenth of December last from :His Majesties and his Council In England and what the Governor hath on his part offered therein.
It is the opinion of this Board that Mr Secretary Trott, Capt Crow, Sheriffe, and Charles Minors, Clerk to this board do attend upon Mr Richier and acquaint him that he must put in his full answer about his and his security entring into the Bond drawne in the forme lately shewed unto him by the persons above named which forme this board well approves of to be made pursuant to the Kings Order and also that hee names his Commissioners to bee entered into the Commission the forme whereof hath been in like manner showed unto the said Isaac Richier and that hee makes his full answer in writing unto this board by or before the next Council day being the first Monday in October next To the end that all transactions may be transmitted to England by Capt Stow who intends to sayle sometime in the same month of October.
