- Descendants of "Joseph" and Ann BLANCHARD
This database, prepared by Pat BLANCHARD CURRY of Richmond, CA, contains many of the descendants (to the 10th generation) of "Joseph" and Ann BLANCHARD. This Joseph BLANCHARD died in Boston in 1637. Ann is the documented progenitor of this line (her maiden name is unknown). "Joseph" is believed to be her husband, but evidence is still being sought to confirm this relationship.
- Descendants of George BLANCHARD, eldest son of the immigrant Thomas BLANCHARD. This database, prepared by Pat BLANCHARD CURRY of Richmond, CA, contains many of the descendants of George BLANCHARD (some through 10 generations). It also includes 13 appendices containing miscellaneous data on a number of families who might prove to belong to this line.
- Descendants of Joseph BLANCHARD and Thomas BLANCHARD
This comprehensive, integrated database, prepared by John F. Chandler of Harvard, MA, is "part of an ongoing effort to track the various Blanchards in New England to the year 1800". It combines the descendants of both Joseph BLANCHARD and Thomas BLANCHARD in a single database. Note: Based on data collected by our BLANCHARD DNA Project, we now know that Joseph and Thomas were not brothers, as has often been claimed.

BLANCHARD Message Board at RootsWeb/Ancestry
This service started in June 2001 and replaced the GenConnect message boards at RootsWeb and the FamilyHistory.com (Ancestry) boards. There is a wide range of board types covering surnames, localities and topics, all related to genealogy.
The administrator for the BLANCHARD Mail List also administers the BLANCHARD (Surname) Board. All posted messages are archived and are searchable.
