Mesa -- Bernard W. Eastep, 66, a retired carpenter who came here in 1959 from Michigan where he had Eastep's Construction Co., died Oct. 27, 1979, in Desert Samaritan Hospital. Mr. Eastep, 2701 E. Allred, was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Agnes; children, Pamela Jo Sesto of California, and Bernard of Oklahoma; five grandchildren and two sisters, Helen and Okla(?), both out of state. Services in Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden, Scottsdale. Entombment Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Scottsdale. Wednesday, Oct. 31, 1979.

EDWARDS, Albert "Dee"

Services for Albert "Dee" Edwards, 63, who died Oct. 6, 1979, in Phoenix Veterans Hospital were in Mortensen-Kings Funeral Center. Mr. Edwards, 7425 W. Comet, Peoria, served in World War II and Korea and lived in the Valley since 1941. He was a member of Glendale Odd Fellows Lodge and a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7401 in Chandler. Survivors include his wife, Verma; children, Ann Underwood, Delynn Winters, Diane, Jimmy and Bob; eight grandchildren; a sister and four brothers. 9 Oct 1979

EDWARDS, Willie V.

Willie V. Edwards, 59, who moved here 37 years ago from Texas and was employed as a presser for Aritogs Clothing Factory, died Oct. 10, 1979. Mrs. Edwards is survived by her husband, Frank H.; daughters, Claudia Walton and Mary Bagby; a grandchild; two sisters and four brothers. Services in Antioch Baptist Church. ELLIS, Frank

Frank Ellis, 56, died in Sun City, Sept. 6. Frank was a maintenance superintendent at THE Meadows and a resident of Wickenburg. He was a member of the local Elks Lodge and a lifetime member of the American Legion, and of Kellis Draper Post No. 12. Survivors of Mr. Ellis are his 7 children, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Visitation was at the Wickenburg Funeral Home. Services were conducted by Pastor W. D. Hutchinson and the Wickenburg Elks Lodge at the First Presbyterian Church, and followed by interment at the Wickenburg Cemetery. The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ September 13, 1979, p. 11. Clifton -- Services for Bonnie B. Elrage, 83, who died Sept. 29, 1979, at the Mount Graham Community Hospital in Safford, were at Shepherd of the Hill Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Elrage, a Texas native, moved to Clifton in 1902. She was a retired rancher. Edna M. Elson, 69, who moved here in 1971 from New York City, died Oct. 29, 1979, in a Phoenix hospital. Mrs. Elson was a member of St. Joan De Arc Catholic Church. She is survived by her son, James; four grandchildren and two brothers. Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St.

EMMETT, Jean K.

Jean K. Emmett, 53, a school teacher who founded the Jean King Emmett School in North Borneo and was co-founder of American Interntrional School in Singpore, died Oct. 14, 1979. She was born in North Canton, Ohio, and came to Phoenix in 1970. Surviving are her husband, Jack; a sister and a brother. A.L. Moore & Sons Mortuary. 16 Oct 1979
