YEARICK, Maude A.

Mrs. Maude A. Yearick, 81, of Altoona, Pennsylvania, died Monday, January 1960, in Good Samaritan Hospital. She had been in Phoenix since Dec. 16 visiting a daughter, Mrs. Frank Toole; 4707 N. 35th Way. Other survivors are her daughter, Mrs. Harry Rathaufer, Fort Lauderdale, Florida; a brother Frank Woomer, Chicago; and three grandchildren. Services and burial will be in Altoona. The Arizona Republic Wednesday, January 13, 1960.

YOCKUS, Elizabeth D.

Rosary will be recited today in the Chapel in the Garden, Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas, for Mrs. Elizabeth D. Yockus, 59, who died Sunday, Jan. 3, 1960, in Good Samaritan Hospital. Requiem high mass will be sung tomorrow in SS Simon and Jude Church, 6351 N. 27th Ave. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. A native of Lithuania, Mrs. Yockus came to the United States when she was a child. She came to Phoenix five months ago from Colton, California, and lived at 2941 W. San Miguel. Sue is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Beatrice LoBelle, Phoenix, and Mrs. Evelyn Mahon, Colton; a brother in Florida, and five grandchildren. The Arizona Republic Tuesday, January 5, 1960.

YORK, Edward Herman

Globe -- Funeral services for Edward Herman York, 75, will be Saturday in Walker's Globe Mortuary. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery. Mr. York died yesterday in Gila General Hospital. Born in Wisconsin, he had lived in the Globe-Miami district 30 years. He had worked for the Hagen Construction Co. here the past 25 years. There are no known survivors. The Arizona Republic Thursday, 7 January 1960.
