It appears that the Castle Forbes may have picked up convicts from New South Wales on her way to Van Diemen's Land on the voyage stated above or made a voyage to New South Wales and back in between her arrival at Hobart 04 Mar 1820 and her departure 26 Mar 1820 for Batavia and India. There is no mention of this voyage in Nicholson. The convicts listed below were first sent to NSW and are listed on the AOT Convict Index CD as arriving on the Castle Forbes 04 Mar 1820.
