White Bluff School
White Bluff School is located on East Highway 45 and White Bluff Road in Sebastian County, Arkansas, in the Rye Hill area. Everything remains original to the building with the exception of the roof which has been replaced. My grandparents, Reba Bugg Mackey and Hurshal Gaines Mackey taught school there for many years in the 1930�s. Their children � Norma, Ramona, and Rohena attended there as did the children of that community. It now sits adjacent to the White Bluff � Rye Hill Volunteer Fire Department, Station A, which is at 12407 White Bluff Road . The bottom picture is of the stone made for the dedication of the school bell.
