The Randolph County Clerk's Office has probates, wills, guardianships, marriage licenses, ministers credentials, voter registrations since 1965 and county court records. As of June, 1998, their minimum charge for genealogy research is $1.50 plus copies. They charge $1.50 per copy of marriage license. A certified copy is $5.

The Randolph County Circuit Clerk's Office has deeds, mortgages, naturalizations, military discharges (only on individuals who recorded their discharges), criminal/civil court records (circuit), land dispute records (chancery), divorce, addition/subdivision plats/surveys, commercial credit leins-federal & state leins, deputations & commissions, performance bonds, indictment records, cemetery deeds, Randolph Lodge #71, Randolph Memorial Gardens,  other miscellaneous records - wills & death, and circuit and chancery court records. The fee is unknown, but they will copy and mail records.

COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR'S OFFICE has Tax Receipts, Tax books back to 1800's, Disabled Veterans and Land Tax sales.

COUNTY ASSESSOR'S OFFICE has Current Real and Person Property Records.

COUNTY JUDGE'S OFFICE has Old Road Records and Ordinances and Court Orders.

Correspondence concerning subscriptions, editorial matter, contributions and genealogical questions may be directed to the above address. Annual membership dues are $15.00. Memberships are valid for one calendar year. The RC Historical and Genealogical Society publishes the Randolph County Review. This publication is provided without a fee to it's members.. Single copies for non-members are available for $7.00 per copy. The Randolph County Historical and Genealogical Society does research for a small fee. If you need help in the Randolph County area, send your questions along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address above. Please be as specific as possible and include any dates you may have. Fees are: $2.00 per hour and $0.25 a copy.
