Fincher, Nancy Hardin - Nancy Hardin Fincher went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 11, 1999. She was a lifetime resident of Hot Springs and an active member of Center Fork Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1953 and worked for several years for Southwestern Bell.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Fincher; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rick and Cindy Porter of Bryant and James and Lisa Mills of Hot Springs; one brother and sister-in-law, Don and Velma Hardin of Hot Springs; and five grandchildren, Seth, Luke and Faith Porter and David and Lindsey Beth Mills.
Pallbearers include Dick Holden, Don Burrough, Von Kilby, L. J. Hines, Edwin Lawson and Laurence Adkins.
Honorary pallbearers include Bill Skipper, James Wheeler, the Joy Class of Center Fork Baptist Church, George Robinson, Bob Taylor, Kenneth Castleberry, Virgil Spurlin, J. R. Burroughs and Elza (Jack) Davis.
Visitation is 7 to 9 p.m. today at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Center Fork Baptist Church with Pastor Loyd Roper and Brother Allen Blackford officiating.
Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens.

Fleming, Ruth Alice Holder - Ruth Alice Holder Lawrence Fleming, 67, of Hot Springs died Thursday, May 27, 1999, at her son's home.
Born October 10, 1931, she was raised in Hot Springs and a member of First United Methodist Church where she taught School School. After graduating from Hot Springs Business College, she worked with her father, John Quincy Holder, at The Sentinel-Record newspaper. She married Robert L. Lawrence and had four children in Tennessee. After returning to Hot Springs in 1970, she was employed at the Royal Vista Inn. She was predeceased by her grandparents, James Archer Smith and Ida Mae Sammons Smith of Hot Springs, and her parents, John Quincy Holder and Ruth Margaret Smith Holder of Hot Springs.
Survivors include her husband, James R. Fleming of Hot Springs; two daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret A. and Richard Jameson of Hot Springs and Sarah E. and Chris Kozaites of Royal; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert L. Lawrence of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Matt E. and Chris Lawrence of Royal; one step-daughter, LeeAnn Wright of Cleburn, Texas; one sister and brother-in-law, Emily Sue Holder and Bill Petty of Pasadena, Texas; nine grandchildren and one grandson-in-law, Paul L. Jameson, James L. Jameson, Jennifer M. and Lee Gilbert, Courtney L. Walters, Matthew R. Lawrence, Jason R. R. Walters, Patrick T. Lawrence, J. Quincy Lawrence and Zachery C. Wright; and one great-granddaughter, Madison E. Gilbert.
Services will be 5 p.m. Saturday at May 29, 1999, at Antioch Baptist Church, 3212 Sunshine Road, Royal, with the Rev. Terry Fortner officiating.
The body will be cremated.
The family will be at ...., Royal.

Flowers, Royce - South Bay, California – Royce Flowers, a long-time resident of Southern California, was born on November 10, 1931, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He went home to be with the Lord on May 5, 2011, in Torrance, California. He proudly served in the U.S. Marines, had a long career with Union Carbide/First Brands in Torrance, California, retiring as plant manager. After retirement, he became active as an LAPD Reserve officer.
Royce is survived, and will be greatly missed, by his beloved wife of over 35 years, Sandra; his children, Royce Jr., Tammy (Delbert) Rocha, Sheri Garcia; Stacey (Aaron) Aasted and grandchildren, Crystie (Mike) Lucero, Brandon, Brittany, Bethany, Alyssa and Danika, and great-granddaughters Emmie and Mikayla; brother Jim (Jackie) and several nieces and nephews; his in-laws, Jack and Marjorie Works and Cody (BFF).
Visitation, Green Hills Mortuary in Rancho Palos Verdes, today, 5-8 p.m. Memorial services will be held at Rolling Hills Covenant Church, North Campus in Rolling Hills Estates, Friday at 1 p.m.

Fondren, Ronald - Lutz, Florida - Ron Fondren, 76, of Lutz, Florida, passed away September 9, 2014. He was born in Hot Springs, and moved to Lutz, Florida, in 2010.
Ron was a retired manager with Entergy Electric Company. He lived at Paradise Lakes in Lutz, Florida. Ron loved horse racing and sun bathing.
He is survived by his loving wife, Donna; son, Ronnie of Cabot; seven stepchildren, Kathy, Dee, Dawn, Joelle, Eric, Danielle and Tommy; 12 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Ford, Glenn Eugene - Glenn Eugene Ford, 87, Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014.
He was born November 26, 1926, to the late Lonnie and Myrtle Emaline Ford.
Glenn started his teaching career at Lakeside School. He later moved to Fountain Lake where he served as a teacher, elementary school principal and superintendent. Glenn was also the assistant food director for the State of Arkansas, principal of Rural Dale School and Howard Perrin Elementary.
He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. Glenn was also a member and past deacon of Center Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife of sixty years, Wanda Ford; brother, Harley Ford; niece, Karen Ford Reynolds; brothers-in-law, James Ford (Ida), Elbert Ford (Louise), Bill Ford (Marjorie), and sister-in-law J.R. Cotnam (Jerry).
Survivors include son Dennis Ford (LeAnn), daughter Diane Ray (Larry); step-brother, Clarence Edwards; grandchildren, Stefanie Ford, Chad Ford (Megan Rinearson), Corey Ray (Tabitha), Bryan Lambert (Amber); great-grandchildren, Aaron Ford, Haley Ford, Dalton Rinearson, Beau Rinearson, Paige Lambert, Colby Lambert, great-nephews Jason Reynolds and Robbie Graves and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
Service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Clarence Shell, Jr. and Scott Culpepper officiating.
Burial will follow in Center Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be nephews, Darrell Ford, Mike Ford, Randy Ford, Ronnie Ford, Dwight Ford, Steve Ford, Terry Ford, Duane Cotnam, Mike Godwin and Tommy Haley.

Fotioo, Gregory J. - Gregory J. Fotioo, 75, of Hot Springs died Friday, December 29, 2006, at home.
Born August 14, 1931, to James and Katina Fotioo, he was a U.S. Air Force veteran, retired from the Majestic Hotel and of the Greek Orthodox faith.  He was predeceased by three brothers, Frank Fotioo, Andrew Fotioo, and Angelo Fotioo.
Survivors include one sister, Lillian Fotioo; two brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Marguerite Fotioo of Hot Springs and Theodore and Shirley Fotioo of Little Rock; nieces; and nephews.
The service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Crestview Cemetery with the Rev. Pierre Delfos officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greek Orthodox Church, Hot Springs.

Fotioo, Lillian Evangeline - Lillian E. Fotioo, born March 7, 1917, in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Jim and Katina Fotioo died May 28, 2013, at age 96. She was predeceased by her parents and her brothers Frank, Andy, Angelo, Greg and Ted Fotioo.
Survivors include her brother, Dr. George Fotioo and his wife, Marguerite and her sister-in-law, Shirley Fotioo and three generations of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 31 at Gross Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow with Father Nicholas Verdaris officiating. Private burial will be at Crestview Cemetery.

Fotioo, Theodore James "Ted," Sr. - Theodore James “Ted” Fotioo, Sr., 85, of Little Rock, passed away November 10, 2011. Born in Hot Springs, the son of Jim and Katherine Fotioo, he is survived by his wife, Shirley Young Fotioo; sons, Gary Fotioo and wife, Nan of Little Rock and Bobby Fotioo and wife, Debbie of Maumelle; sister, Lillian Fotioo and brother, Dr. George Fotioo and wife, Margie, all of Hot Springs; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Frank, Andrew, Gregory and Angelo Fotioo, and his son, Ted Fotioo, Jr.
Ted was a public school band director for 25 years and the assistant chief of volunteers at the Veterans Administration Hospital for over 20 years. He was a member of St. James United Methodist Church.
Services will be held on Monday, November 14 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Siegfried Johnson and Rev. Cindy Henry. Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 2-4 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.).

Frazier, Beverly E. Griffin - Beverly E. Frazier, 77, of Hot Springs, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 2, 2014.
She was born on March 29, 1937, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Othir (O. D.) and Martha (Mattie) (Hammond) Griffin. On August 9, 1958, she was married to Leonard F. Frazier, who preceded her in death on August 27, 2012. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Lera Mavis Contos Douglass.
Beverly was a member of Harvey’s Chapel Baptist Church, where she was active in the Alva Bradley Sunday School Class serving as a Sunshine Chairman, on the church prayer chain, as well as the ICU Ministry at St. Vincent Hospital. She loved the Lord and she loved her church family.
After graduation from Hot Springs High School in 1955, Beverly worked for The Sentinel Record-New Era newspaper for several years. Beverly and Leonard had two daughters and shared fifty-four years of love and memories, until he went to his Heavenly home. They moved to Benton, Arkansas in the mid 60s when she and Leonard worked at the Arkansas Gazette and were voted in as charter members of Salem Baptist Church. She also worked at IGI Printing and Diversified Graphics to then retire in Hot Springs after 30 years. Beverly was a member of Future Home Makers of America and CWA/ITU (Union). She was known to be an excellent type setter, loved making flower arrangements for a florist part-time, church, and home, and enjoyed reading and cross-stitching.
Survivors include two daughters, Pamela Wallace (Jeff) of Traskwood, Arkansas and Rita Frazier (DeWaldon) of North Little Rock, Arkansas; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Saturday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Pastor Buddy Leamons and Brother Joe Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Godwin Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Clint Wallace, Chad Vincent, Larry Vincent, Jason Keith, Caleb Tolleson and Roger Tolleson.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Alva Bradley Sunday School Class and members of Harvey’s Chapel Baptist Church, Jeff Wallace, Darrel Eckard, Gerald Eckard, Dr. Michael Nolen, Dr. Jeffrey Steward, and Dr. Lawrence Bandy.

Frazier, Helen Avery - Ness City, Kansas - Helen Avery Frazier, 72, of Ness City, Kansas, formerly of Hot Springs, died Tuesday, March 1, 2005.
Born June 23, 1932, to Doyle and Lucille Tittle Avery, she was predeceased by her stepfather, John E. Hammond; one brother, Byron Avery; and one sister, Netty Ball Elliot.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, the Rev. Forrest Frazier of Ness City; three daughters, Sheryl Cloutman, Rebecca Fourthun, and Rachel Morgan; one son, Jonathan Frazier; 12 grandchildren; one stepbrother, Harry L. Hammond of Hot Springs; two aunts, Jean Confer of Hot Springs and Margaret Bunn of Naples, Texas; one uncle, Clyde Tittle of Fort Worth, Texas; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
The service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Fitzgerald Funeral Home.

French, Patricia Ann Marrall - Patricia Ann French, age 70, of Rogers, formerly of Hot Springs, died, Wednesday, January 8, 2014.
She was born on December 21, 1943, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Arble L. Marrall Sr. and Carmen T. Marrall. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gordon French; and two brothers, Rudy Marrall and A. L. Marrall Jr.
Patricia was a former member of the Lake Hamilton Baptist Church. After 23 years she retired from Southwestern Bell in Hot Springs where she was also a member of the Pioneers of America. Patricia's greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed reading as her favorite past time. Patricia will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Clovia Dee of Seattle, Washington and Shannon and James Resor of Rogers; three grandchildren, Marlo Akins, Hope Resor and Jordan Resor; nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 13, 2014, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
