In early 1996 Jeff Murphy put up the first genealogy webpage in Kentucky which shortly become known as KYGenWeb. By 1997 every state had a webpage and county pages in every state were being constructed. Jeff Murphy passed away in 2001 and our Genealogical community mourns his passing.

Paul Barclift |
Don, In the spectator today, (an Ozark
newspaper) there was an obit for Paul Barclift, one of your
lookups for Franklin County, AR.. He died Dec 17, 2003 in
Olympia Washington. Fran Paul too was a long time internet friend and I also miss him greatly. May he rest in peace.
