Hamilton T. Wear

H. T. Wear, aged 75, died at his home in Warren January, (1936) after a lingering illness of over a year. He was born in Conway county September 20, 1860. In 1881 he was married in Hermitage to Miss Nancy Singer. His first wife died and he married again in 1913, this time to Mrs. Caroline Wood, who survives him. He had lived here for 32 years, the greater part of which time was spent farming. He is survived by his wife, and two children, W. N. and T. H. Wear of this city. Funeral services were conducted at Hickory Springs cemetery by Rev. M. E. Cole, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Warren. Interment was in the Hickory Springs cemetery. Pall bearers were Mon Stedman, Ben Bowman, Houston Castleberry, Roscoe Castleberry, LeRoy Adams and Corneilus Sloan.
