Gertie H. Boyette, age 95, of Banks, AR. died Monday May 28, at Bradley County Medical Center. Born October 5, 1911 at Gravelridge, AR. a daughter of the late Samuel Hollingsworth, SR. and Minnie Kay Reynolds Hollingsworth she was a homemaker, member Antioch Baptist Church and the widow of Ernest Edward Boyette who died November of 1963. Also, preceding her in death was a son Lavon �Tootee� Boyette, brothers E. R. �Jack� Hollingsworth, J. L. Hollingsworth, Sam Hollingsworth, Jr., a sister Esteen Powell. Survivors are a daughter in law Betty Boyette of Hermitage, AR., 1 sister Lucille Brooks of El Dorado, AR. 1 grandchild Diane Hawkins of Abington, VA. Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Wednesday May 30, Antioch Baptist Church near Hermitage, AR. with Rev. Jerry Hines officiating. Nina Harrod was pianist and soloist was Kaylie Schwab. Burial was in Gravelridge Cemetery by Frazer�s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Jimmy Sanders, Jerry L. Hollingsworth, Mark Hollingsworth, Charles Belin, Donnie Rice and Steve Hollingsworth. Honorary pallbearers were Doyle Gates, Leonard Hollingsworth, Dr. Joe H. Wharton and Billy Edwards.
