Caroline Wear

Mrs. Caroline Wear, aged 84, died at 5:30 Saturday afternoon, September 23, (1939) at the home of her stepson, W. N. Wear, where she had been an invalid for more than three years. Mrs. Wear was the wife of the late H. T. Wear. She was a member of the Baptist church. She is survived by another stepson, Tolbert H. Wear; a sister, Mrs. Bill Nixon; a brother, Billy Harris; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Minor E. Cole Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Hickory Springs church. Interment was in Oakland cemetery.
